Interruptible

North Baja Pipeline offers Interruptible Transportation Service for any shipper that qualifies under the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission regulations contained in 18 CFR Part 284. Shippers qualifying for this service must meet North Baja Pipeline's Credit Requirements and execute an Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement. An ITS-1 contract will have specific receipt and delivery points associated with the contract number as well as a specified maximum daily quantity. A shipper may add receipt points downstream of the primary receipt points at any time during the life of a contract; however, those wishing to increase the total MDQ, add a receipt point upstream of the primary receipt point or add a delivery point must request a new Interruptible Transportation Agreement.

Interruptible transportation service shall be subject to curtailment of interruption as provided in the Transportation General Terms and Conditions contained in North Baja Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-A. Parties wishing to request an Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement should contact a Services and Contract Coordinator at 503.833.4300, option 2.
