Conditions on the Gasoducto Bajanorte Pipeline (GBN) have improved to the point that the Operational Flow Order declared for Gas Day Thursday, July 7, 2005, is effectively lifted beginning with the start of Gas Day Saturday, July 9, 2005.  Shipper actions to balance supply and demand on the GBN system have restored linepack to levels at which system integrity is no longer threatened.
