Releasing Shippers Recall/Reput Terms and Conditions

 Releasing shipper may recall this capacity, up to 10,000 Dth/d of the released quantity, for a term up to and including the full term of the release. Capacity recalled for less than the full term of the release will immediately revert to the Replacement Shipper following the termination of the recall period. Such notice and right to recall the released capacity shall be exercised no later than 3.5 hours (NAESB Standard) prior to the nomination deadline (9:30 AM PCT) for the next day's gas flow.

 Special Terms and Conditions

 Prearranged shipper will also be responsible for volumetric rate of US $0.0038 per Dth, fuel and line loss and unaccounted for gas as set forth in the North Baja Pipeline, LLC Tariff and any and all applicable surcharges.

 

Prearranged Shipper cannot change Primary Receipt or Primary Delivery Points.
